Quick Primer
TOA Quick Primer Waterbase is based on acrylic Emulsion that designed for use as pigmented primer. The properties of this product are excellent alkaline resistance and superior pH balance that protect topcoat from efflorescence in cement materials after drying for 2 days. This product is super bonding agent that provides excellent adhesion between the substrates and paint film as well as it forms a breathable film that allows the release of water vapor from substrates through out of the paint film to eliminate the risk of blistering. Suitable for skimcoat substrate, Concrete , Brick , Plaster and Cement .
- Can be applied instantly after plastering 2 days.
- Excellent adhesion between cement and topcoat.
- Dirt resistance.
- Can be applied in new cement, old cement and fiber cement.
